The classic PAF humbucker sound with an extra portion of mids and trebles: present to you the PAF Pro. For guitarists who don’t want a high-gain screamer, but would like their classic sound to be a little hotter and more powerful. A particularly popular combination: a PAF on the neck and a PAF Pro on the bridge. That way, the volume balance between neck and bridge pickups is preserved. A quick reminder: since the strings vibrate more vigorously closer to the middle of the string, the neck pickup (with the same configuration) is always a little louder.
