We are glad you have chosen to visit our site. By using this site, you are accepting the following terms of use. The term “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bentley Music Sdn Bhd, the owner of this website, Bentleymusic.com. The term “you” refers to the customer, user and viewer of this website.

Pricing: All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia.

Payment options: Visa & MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards, Online Bank Transfer, PayPal.

Shipping Courier: Poslaju

Refund/Exchange: Goods sold and delivered are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


Errors, Corrections and Changes

We may make changes to the pricing (reviewed daily), features, images or content of the Site at any time without notice to you. We do not represent or warrant that:

  • the product information, pricing, or other information available on the Site will be correct, accurate, timely or otherwise reliable.
  • the Site will be error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to edit or delete any information, prices or other content appearing on the Site.

In the event that we are unable to supply a product, we will notify you with options for replacement or refund, or any other options that seem appropriate. Please allow 5-14 working days for refund processing. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Malaysia only and we offer Free Shipping nationwide with minimum order of RM100 in a single order.

Flat Rate Shipping fee of RM10 applies to orders below RM100 in a single order.

Example scenarios:

  • Total item price: RM100.00. Shipping: Free. Grand total: RM100.00.
  • Total item price: RM99.90. Shipping: RM10.00. Grand total: RM109.90.

Free Shipping and Flat Rate Shipping are applicable for new orders only.

Free Shipping or Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to reshipping in the event of but not limited to:

  • Incorrect shipping address.
  • Item returned from unsuccessful delivery or was not collected from Pos Laju delivery branch (cawangan serahan) within the period stipulated by Pos Laju.

Orders will be shipped via Pos Laju who typically has a delivery time of two to four working days (Peninsular) and five to eight working days (East Malaysia).

Once your order is shipped, the best advice on delivery status is from Pos Laju. The tracking number can be obtained from the Shipping Confirmation email or by viewing your order from Your Account. With this tracking number, you can track the delivery status from Pos Laju here or alternatively you can contact Poslaju for more details on the delivery.

We prefer to ship to non P.O. Box addresses. If you are using a P.O. Box address as your shipping address, it is likely that your order will be delivered to Pos Laju delivery branch (cawangan serahan) and you shall be responsible to collect your item(s) from there. If your order is not collected, and returned, you may request for reshipping with a charge of shipping fee determined by the item(s)’ weight.

Return and reshipping:

  • We will notify you with information about reshipping if your order is returned due to unsuccessful delivery.
  • Shipping fee in accordance with the item(s)’ weight, together with details and method of payment for shipping fee will be advised.
  • Reshipping will proceed once the shipping fee is received.
  • Apart from having shipping fee received, if the purchased item is the last unit available, then reshipping will proceed once we have received the return of the undelivered item from Pos Laju.

Risk of loss or damage of products transfers to you on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

Shipping rates and shipping destinations stated here may change from time to time, so we recommend that you check here for shipping information every time you make a purchase.

Warranty period: 6 months from date of purchase

Proof of warranty: Tax Invoice

Warranty assessment: to be done at Mutiara Damansara showroom

Shipping cost: borne by customer

All information such as name, date of birth, address, phone numbers, email address and payment details that you submit on Bentleymusic.com when you perform activities such as but not limited to placing an order, registering for an account or event, signing up for newsletter, or contacting us, will be collected and stored.

Collected information will be used in areas such as customer service, market research, business reporting and promotional emails which is optional for you to subscribe/unsubscribe at any time.

However, disclosure of information to third parties is inevitable such as to shipping partners and payment processors or when required by law.
