Roasted maple, which has undergone a high-temperature heat treatment, not only gets improved resistance to the warping of the neck, but also has an advantage in sound quality. Constructed with a 33″ scale length, which is slightly shorter than most basses. The tension is slightly looser, making it easier for players with smaller hands to hold down the strings and challenge a more technical playing style. The body shape is slightly downsized from a traditional bass. The TUSQ nut is designed to transmit the vibrations of the strings from the body to the bridge without wasting energy and to produce a rich sound from highs to lows and even overtones. The TUSQ nut also allows the strings to slide easily, which contributes to the stability of tuning.

It features Bacchus’ original 2-band active circuit, which allows you to boost the treble and bass for an aggressive slap sound, or cut the treble for a warmer tone. The preamp can also be played passively with the on/off switch.
