The HT-5R MKIII is a 5-watt tube combo amp with a 12-inch Blackstar-designed speaker, making it ideal for home practice and recording. It utilizes one ECC83 preamp tube and a unique push-pull 12BH7 power amp tube configuration for rich, dynamic tones at low volumes. It features two footswitchable channels—clean and overdrive—each with two selectable “voices” for a variety of sounds. The amp also includes a power reduction switch (down to 0.5 watts), Blackstar’s patented ISF control, and a USB-C output with CabRig DSP speaker simulation for direct recording.
