DiMarzio feature the same audio taper as the Custom Taper Potentiometers, and ultra-smooth rotation. The paired DPDT switch and push/pull functionality gives you the added wire points to create series/parallel switching, coil-tapping, and phase switching. DiMarzio even include a convenient solder point for grounding at the switch base, so that all of your wires will cleanly run in one direction, eliminating the need for any soldering to the pot itself.
